Great seller He sent me a completely damaged etb that he claimed was mint, refused to refund, replace it or at least give a discount, told me that he wanted to escalate it to whatnot, and once they decided to process a 20% refund to me (so I still lost over 200 bucks) he blocked me even though I had bought other 5 products from him and didn’t complain at all. Not the right way to handle it as a vendor.Let me be clear…. The ETB pictured in your claim was not the ETB I shipped. Mine was pristine, protected inside an acrylic case, and personally wrapped in bubble wrap. Your photos showed water damage, cuts in the plastic, and heavily worn corners—damage I firmly believe could not have occurred to the item I sent. You escalated to whatnot in an attempt to scam me.Sellers are tired of people attempting to game buyer protections.
