Product was slightly damaged and after reaching out over 5 TIMES and for over a month, I got no response. I was very patient and tried giving them the opportunity to resolve/address my concern but I got completely ignored. I had supported and bought from them multiple times before this, but communication is so poor and gave me a horrible experience. PLEASE DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. I purchased a few SKIMS bras and a bodysuit. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but my biggest issue was how everything was packaged. The bodysuit was crammed into the package so tightly that the padding in one of the cups arrived wrinkled. Now when wearing anything fitted over it, you can actually see the wrinkles through the shirt, which defeats the purpose of a smooth-fitting bodysuit. 😩 All of the items also had a strange plastic-like smell when I opened them, which honestly made me question the items a little. I can’t say whether they’re authentic or not, but between the smell, shipping time, and the bodysuit arriving this way, I’m disappointed. I’m still on the fence about shopping here again. The items themselves could have been great, but better packaging would’ve prevented the damage and made this a completely different experience. One of my items that I received was incorrect.
