Super fast shipping thank you Love my items! Thank you! I won a giveaway along with a few items I purchased during one of your live shows. Tracking says the giveaway item was delivered, but it wasn’t included with the rest of my order.. the packaging my other order was in clearly had no intent to include a giveaway as it was small just enough to fit what I had bought. I reached out about it weeks ago, but communication has been very limited and I still haven’t received a resolution. I understand giveaways aren’t paid purchases, so I’ve been patient, but if you’re going to host giveaways, they should be honored. It’s especially disappointing because I spent hours in the live engaging and commenting, and this was one of my first purchases. I was really excited to support your business, but this experience has left a bad impression. I have reached out to Whatnot and I will be blocking this seller. So comfortable!!!
