Bought deformers for PS4 box set sealed first purchase from this seller. it was to be brand new and sealed and they said it looked perfect. I purchased this to grade. when it arrived it was in a box basically just shifting around in it. on the side of the box was a half dollar sized hole in the seal. when I told the seller they asked for pictures and I showed them. they said they had no idea why that was there. They then agreed after multiple back and forths to a partial refund. I based the percentage I paid for it compared to sealed and calculated the amount based on it being cib. when I then them and explain it they then tell me it's not cib. when I ask then what do they feel is a fair amount they then tell me they just want it return and then block me... I'll bite the bullet and keep this just so the community can see this review. Horrible business morals and obviously hid the damage and knew and wanted to pawn it off or it came from the bad packaging either way stay out his shows Love this seller! Perfection! Received the game but was missing an item from the order but the seller showed great customer service and took care of the issue. We won 4 items, but only received the least 2 valuable one in the package. We believe there is fraud going on since, they didn't sell for what they were going for on other sites. we paid $3 for the one that regularly sells for $15+, and paid $6 for the other one which regularly sells for $90+! They initially ignored are messages, but now they are making all kind of absurd claims.
