Reviews (378)Amazing items and fast shipping! As described, packaged well It took a long time for this item to be sent to me. When I received it, there were many digs and deep cuts/scratches that should have been called out during the bidding process. I was sent the wrong item ,shipping took forever Hi there, per our conversation, the knife I sent matched the description. It had a monogram as described. It was sold to you in great working condition. You claim to have sent a video to my inbox but there is no video in our message thread. I offered a FULL refund if you simply returned it.We are a small business and can’t simply give inventory away for free. If you weren’t happy we offered to return for refund. You chose not to. But you received a Victorinox Sterling Silver multitool in full working condition with initials on it as described in description. I also cannot control USPS. Great purchase. Timely delivery and package very well. Thank you 😊 wonderful transaction /users%2F24671788%2Fstore%2Fdfa52863-b620-4ac8-99c0-d55951f900a4.jpeg)
