It shipped on Jul 15th. I wouldn’t of been so confused by that if their shipping average time didn’t say 1 day. It took 8 days for them to ship, and I asked to get a refund because of their delay. I reached out to the seller about canceling my order and they didn’t respond. When I reached out to whatnot to assist in getting a cancellation, they immediately shipped it. Just found it to be a slap to the face /:
Other than issues with shipping, cancellations and communication with the seller, I did receive it today. The packaging was unsecured, and also had an opened flap. So happy my crystal did fall out! The point was not protected either, again I’m happy it didn’t break(it’s a tower).
The crystal itself is marvelous! Genuine and high quality. They also included two small raw specimens- which I thank them for.
Overall, won’t be back here again. Loved my pieces, especially the middle finger!!!!
