Thank you 😊 I bought two tablets. the tablets shown on screen were in good condition. I received the tablets & one is as expected. but the other is not what I expected & not what was shown when i bought it. the back is all scratched, dented & scuffed up. I have messaged repeatedly w pictures to try to resolve this, but ive been ignored. I even went back & watched the video to make sure that i remembered correctly. & i did. the tablets shown in the receipt video that I bought were in good condition. no scratches or scuffs. I dont know why i was sent this messed up tablet, or why im being ignored over messages when im trying to resolve it amicably. at this point all I can infer from the lack of response to my message is that they do not care & have no intention of fixing their mistake. & unlucky for me, i was out of town when they came. so when I got back in town & saw the tablrts, the 14 day return windows had closed. & i think thats another reason they ignoring me. its very upsetting. Great product, fast shipping. I will buy again. Works as advertised. Screen has obviously been replaced with a cheaper aftermarket one and has moments of unresponsiveness on digitizer. But for basic stuff it’s not even a big deal. Great products at a great price and fast shipping you neglected to say No cord Works great not slow for almost a decade old iPad great show. excellent product. Great deal on a really nice tablet. Even told lies on another review where i was completely honest- problem is they get the last say. Seller was not helpful at all when asked. This was after i went to the usps and they told me there were red flags. This seller could careless about buyers that have issues. They just block you. Worst seller I have ever worked with and I have been a seller myself for many years. Customer service is top priority and should be. Buyers be careful.
