Reviews (612)Love this seller, however, I have had issues twice with extremely slow shipping. Once he ships, no problems, but it stayed stuck in "label created" status for at least 10 days. It took a long time to ship and received the wrong item Personally, I would say one of the top sellers. Always has great product and great communication. Thank you so much for the book. It almost completes my series. I have placed hundreds of orders and spent thousands on whatnot and I have never seen such slow shipping. Took 13 days for the seller to ship my order. I reached out after 10 days and was told it would be shipped that day. 3 days later, still no tracking updates. So I followed up again, no response. Later that night I got a tracking update. I also found out only after me reaching out the 1st time, that he sold one of the items that I bought to someone else. I opted for a refund rather than picking another item, and the seller never provided a refund. I had to wait until my order finally delivered, and submit my item as missing to get my refund. This guy has good deals, but after this situation I wont be buying from him anymore. I didnt expect this from a seller who has this many items sold. Spent $63 on my order, which was a fairly good price so thats the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. I understand that stuff happens... but communication is all it takes to win me over.
