Sorry to hear you didn’t understand when I me ruined on the live that the giveaways were Bape items including stickers. If you don’t know what Bape is then you will not understand the sticker. All my stickers are not misprinted of any sort and you won something for FREE and you still have the audacity to leave an unnecessary comment about something you did not purchase or have to pay for me on the other had it cost me money to send out every single giveaway. I purchased a Le Labo Santal 33 from this seller and received a blatantly counterfeit item. I compared it side-by-side with my authentic bottle and noticed multiple red flags:
-The cap and sprayer are completely different (real one is matte with a plastic sprayer, fake is shiny metal).
-The label on the fake bottle says “3,4 FL.OZ” with a comma instead of a period – an obvious fake.
-The embossed authenticity seal says “HaiseD in NYC” instead of “Raised in NYC.” The embossing is sloppy and wrong.
-The overall print and packaging quality are off.
This seller is either knowingly selling fakes or is sourcing from unreliable, dishonest suppliers. Either way, buyers beware. I’ve submitted evidence to Whatnot and am pursuing a chargeback through my bank and a report to the FTC for counterfeit goods.
Do not buy from this seller if you care about authenticity.
I understand you were upset because you asked me to cancel your purchase the next day however I responded to you that you product had already been shipped and I was unable to cancel your order. Furthermore I also mentioned to you that it is against Whatnot policy for me to cancel your order. With that being said I know it didn’t help that your package was delayed in transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS) as package delays have been increased in the US for some reason or another but giving me a 1 star review and claiming my product is FAKE is wild. Everything is 100% AUTHENTIC!
