Thank you for the reviews 🫶🏽 My first pieces to ever buy on What Not and both pieces were shattered from not being wrapped tightly with bubble wrap. The vintage fine bone china was completely broken off of the trinket box and the clay was all that was left. Pam, I am so terribly sorry this happened. This was my first ever sale with shipping. I wrapped the order in honeycomb packing paper because the reviews for it are really good and I thought I wrapped everything sufficiently. Apparently USPS is very rough with boxes, even if they are marked fragile, which I did not realize. Please submit a refund request for your broken items and I will happily honor it. I hope this doesn’t discourage you from purchasing from whatnot in the future.
