I didn’t notice the smell when I had it, and our household does not smoke so it must have come from a smoke household prior to me getting the item. I am very sensitive to smells and I didn’t pick up on the smoke smell so I am again very sorry, I would have definitely said something if I noticed. Thank you so much for my beautiful plates!!!
