She has beautiful items at reasonable prices. I look forward to her getting new inventory and shopping again with her soon. I purchased 17 items and only received 16 items. I watched all of the videos back and saw that I was missing an elephant. I let the seller know and she told me that she didn't have it. So I guess I'm out. I've contacted customer service. This was the second time I purchased from her. the first time I purchased from her she also forgot to include an item and had to include it in this box. I caught it by watching a show and saw her trying to sell it again. So two out of two times she has forgot to include something that I purchased. Also two of my items arrived broken. I really want to support her and see her make it go of being a seller on what not but this hasn't been the best of customer service. Perhaps taking some extra time when packaging would be a good idea to do a double check on counting items and using double the amount of bubble wrap to ensure items do not arrive broken.
