My snail is cute and still alive. I thought the cold pack was 5$ but was charged $7. Plants were ok. Shipping water plants is just hard! so happy he alive ty for my fish Everything came perfect and fast!😊 I was impressed with how well the fish were packaged. everything arrived alive and well. This is the first time ordering fish off this site, I really wish the sellers would consider adding ice packs or hot packs to the orders without having to go pack through and contact them or buy it separately from their store. If they just did it as a courtesy, they could build that expense into the starting price of the auction. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with this order and will be ordering from here again! Honestly really poor packaging.. have 10 aquariums all my plants are either from Whatnot app different sellers and even Amazon all had way better packaging that kept the plants safe in Transport) just throwing a bunch of plants into a bag of water like you would a fish… is crazy

My new little guy made it safely it his new home and will make a great addition to the family. i ordered mini water lettuce instead I got Spangles no water lettuce 🥬 kinda disappointing Hey Joe! Ordered 5 tetra only 4 came. The bag also contained duckweed. The pink sparkle was brown and water looked gross. Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately when fish/plants are packed without cold packs during the hot weather sometimes stuff looks a little icky upon arrival due to increased decomp in the warm bags.
I would highly recommend adding a cold pack next time you order so you can have live arrival guarantee :) This was the worst experience I’ve had on this app. Do not buy from this seller. All you get is a bag of green mushy water. Thank you so much for the feedback. Unfortunately there’s only so much I can do in terms of shipping stuff and how it arrives. This is why I have a live arrival guarantee for people who purchase cold packs.
