Reviews (236)Everyone arrived alive and looked great. Currently swimming in there new 20g tank Arrived safely and in beautiful condition! I love them already:) wow....amazing. The shrimp arrived all healthy and alive....doing zoo.ies in the bag. the plants are so vibrant and healthy. A+++. This was 10.00 + with shipping?! Was tiny too! We do show all the livestock being shipped in the show, so people know exactly what is being sent to them :) I’m very unhappy. I ordered 2 bundles of this, one very small bundle came. I can’t even tell it’s a plant honestly. Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately not all plants make it through transport, which is why we have a live arrival guarantee :) plant arrived today was delayed in shipping came very brown half dead contacted seller they won't help unless I show time stamped pictures of me opening my package which I didnt take while opening but she could clearly see when package arrived and when I contacted her was all in her 1 hour time frame window plants were shipped with no water in the bags and delayed shipping so I truly dont think it has anything to do with the time frame that i.opened the packageThank you for the feedback! Due to the nature of potentially fraudulent DOA claims and this being a small business with limited capital, we do require those photos for our protection.
Those photos are also required for us to submit it to USPS when delayed package claims are made, as seems to be part of the problem here. The plants were brown by the time I received them I don’t know if it was shipping time lack water in the bag or bad plantsTank you for the feedback! We do offer a full refund for all DOA provided you submit a photo of the dead plants within 1hr of delivery. Everyone arrived alive and well! Quick shipping, everyone was shipped next day. Thank you so much! Shrimp did well traveling, packaged nicely. It did take quite a while to get them but I enjoyed the show and she is very sweet. Great seller! Very happy with the quality and price on the items I won! great looking plant love it. Everything arrived alive and very healthy looking and quickly. Fish came in so happy and healthy!! Already in their new home and loving it! He’s great & a very busy cleaner❣️ Fish got lost with usps for 8 days. I was not hopeful but they were all alive! The nerite snail is great and seems healthy. The 2nd bag that was to contain two pompom crabs had only water and a few small duck weed and a small plant leaf. There was absolutely no pompoms in the bag. I didn’t take a picture so will not be asking for a refund, but I’m terribly disappointed. I did empty the contents of the bag of water into a net first just to make sure I didn’t miss anything.
amazing as always! my favorite seller!!! I did have an issue with this order-but the seller handled it quickly and without any problems! Absolutely gorgeous, healthy plants and some tiny adorable netite snails arrived and are now spread out amongst my aquariums. They were very well packaged for shipping.
This was my first time buying from this vendor and I will definitely be coming back. Beautiful, healthy plants and livestock and amazing sale prices. Thank you! everything is alive and kicking Only one made it. So sorry to hear that! If you added a cold pack to your order I am more than happy to refund the DOA. You can file a support request and upload photo of the deceased animal in bag and I will get your money on its way back to you :) /users%2F30773536%2Fstore%2F4f46cd68-ee13-4bfd-84dc-eb7a0d75702d.jpeg)
