I asked if they could bundle the orders to avoid paying shipping twice. The seller told me they couldn’t because they had already dropped off the first package.
I purchased the second item anyway and paid the additional shipping. I then received notifications that both items had shipped on the same day, and both orders had the exact same tracking information.
I was misled. I specifically asked about bundling the orders to avoid paying shipping twice, and was told it wasn’t possible because the first package had already been dropped off. The shipping notifications and tracking information show otherwise. I don’t appreciate being told something that wasn’t true just so I would pay for shipping twice.Sorry for the inconvenience. I do not have control of when usps updates their shipping. They were dropped off at two different times. Why would we lie about something as simple as that? I want to sell as many cards as possible and the only way to do that is to accommodate our cliental the best we can.
