However there were additional stains and pulls that wasn’t shown in live or listing. I did text and show her; she denied it by saying “it wasn’t there when I packed it”; and wouldn’t help the situation at all. I did text first instead of leaving a review. There was a small black dot that was put in the pictures on the listing and was mentioned in the live. I went back and looked at the video receipt. You did text me before hand which I appreciate but like I mentioned in text, I was trying to understand everything and wasn’t able to respond right away before you left a review. I was trying to get to an agreement and you went ahead and wrote a review before that happened. I was trying to make it right! As for the other things you mentioned, I was unaware of them.
