Reviews (138)Bought an expensive card that was advertised as “pack fresh and immediately sleeved”. The card has undisclosed damage to the bottom left corner. Seller blamed it on “Pokemon printing quality on illustration rares”, and that “most of those eevee cards have that corner issue and in fact most illustration rares do as well”, before pointing me to Whatnot support to handle the issue. Needless to say I won’t be purchasing here again. I’m sorry you were unhappy with the order. After you reached out, I offered to work with you on a return and advised you to contact Whatnot support so the request could be handled properly through the platform. I also contacted Whatnot myself regarding the situation, and support ultimately determined the order was final. The card was shipped securely and exactly as shown/described to the best of my knowledge. I always try to resolve issues professionally and fairly with buyers. But it is very hard to do that especially when I am blocked..

Sadly my card never arrived. I reached out to seller and even waited weeks hoping it would show up.
