I have tried several times and it won’t spray. I think things should work when you purchase them. I'm so sorry for your experience. It would have been nice to try to resolve this issue before leaving such a terrible review. I do not spray anything to check if they work, otherwise the item is considered used. Perhaps there was a defect and sometimes defects happen. Items are purchased new from authorized salon distributors and wholesalers. Please check your tracking, your package was shipped within 2 days. Because there was fragrance it is automatically categorized for ground shipping because of hazardous materials. Shipping is beyond my control once USPS is in possession. Very happy with my order she even threw in a couple extra goodies for me such an amazing person 10/10 will buy again I am so glad you enjoyed the extra little goodies :) One of the best sellers on the app right now.
