Reviews (74)Buyer beware. This seller cancelled half of my order because I got the pets for too good of a deal because the seller did not realize what the pets were. The seller then proceeded to block me after I told them this is against whatnot terms of service.
I received the other half of the order(NIB+platy), I do not mean to sound ungrateful, but the extras I received to 'make up' for the incident were a G7 cub and a terrible condition flocked retriever. The packaging was pretty poor, no bubble wrap, NIB sustained damage.
I have attempted multiple times to contact the seller and make this right(after the sellers mod convinced them to unblock me tysm strawberry). I have not received any messages back. I have offered a solution I would be happy with, and that would comply with whatnot terms of service, but have not received a response. I gave plenty of time for a response(~2w)
I would not recommend purchasing from her, this is not the kind of seller we should support in the LPS community. My first TLC tackle box , starting my project today and finished product coming in the near future . 🦇 I think the package needed little bit more tape and I wish the short was in separate bag but overall very satisfied with my purchase Could have been packaged better to ensure its safety but he came just fine and perfect! Thank you so much!! Such a sweet and fun seller! Accessories were very sticky and covered in hair.. I know i could clean them, but it just sucks they were not even cleaned a little bit. they had a weird smell to them and I hate handling sticky accessories... just very unprofessional to not try to clean them before selling.. I also found out that they canceled a order due to not liking the price they went for.. ive never had problems with this seller but I think that was not okay at all.. Its against whatnot guidelines to cancel something if you didnt like the price it went for.. This seller didn’t do her research and wasn’t aware she had rare pets, so when they sold cheaper than they usually do she cancelled the persons order so she could resell them for more. Thats *not* okay. Incredibly irresponsible and poor response as a seller. Won’t be buying from them again 👎👎 I love them so muchhh!
Thx Erin !! <3 I got my pet and everything was a good experience but I seen a couple posts on how the seller canceled 2 special pets out of another buyers order because she started it at a $5 start and it sold for a lower price the seller wasn’t okay with due to the pets being I guess a variant & promo pet and I personally don’t like that I don’t think the seller should have canceled them because of her own error.. it’s actually upsetting I feel bad for the buyer I hope they resolve it but I don’t think doing that was okay to do..
Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else I can only imagine how upset the buyer must’ve been.. Loved it, real branded LPS. Reasonable pricing ❤️ Everything came as described, shipping was fast and seller is so sweet🩷🩷
Pet is in good condition and the packaging wasn’t bad. Loved my order💗 Items were packed in extra cute poly mailers and it always helps to know and locate the seller’s username on Whatnot on the package itself so I don’t have to play the guessing game of “Who the eff is Brenda so-and-so from Texas/Ilinois”.
