Hi! Sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience. Everything on my end show the card as sent and delivered. I’m not sure what you mean by you didn’t reserve the card? Let me know how I can help but this seems to be more of a USPS issue. Again, really sorry to hear that you didn’t get the cards but they were shipped it as well as scanned as delivered by USPS not by me. Please reach out and let me know what I can do but most of this seems out of my control I A+++
