My package came in wonderful condition, however, the doll did not come with her original hands, I asked the seller on the live and they said she had her original hands but instead came with black hands. She also has bite marks in her arms. I am not upset and can work around these things, but a disclaimer would have been nice. The seller was transparent about the state of the shoes and I think must have forgotten to mention the other parts. It is all good though! I am satisfied! The packaging was so cute and my sister loved it for her birthday 🥹 also the doll was In like brand NEW condition. The hair and clothes were as perfect as the day it came out of box is what it fully felt and looked like. Truly a great birthday experience for her!
