I have now completed a full two pages of woobats! She shipped my order after three weeks, and when it finally arrived, one of the two items was missing. I messaged her, and she said she would check, but that was the last I heard from her, she completely ghosted me after that. Thankfully, Whatnot has great customer service and helped me with the issue.
Shirinsaa I never ghosted you, I have been moving clothing from my house to my unit because I potentially have a buyer for my entire collection. I would have been more than happy to refund you the $3 for the skirt. I apologized profusely for forgetting it in your package, and hadnt made it out to my unit to look for it there. And, your right. Whatnot does have great customer service! But I could have helped you just as easily if you just wanted a refund. Absolutely incredible streamer! Everything arrived safely and was packaged with extreme care. To top it off, they included some gorgeous customized art that blew me away. 10/10 experience—will definitely be back!
