I am not sure how else you wanted it packaged. It had paper on the bottom, cars are individually wrapped with bubble wrap then more paper on top. I ship out the next day(you also got notification of this)so if it took long its on the post office not us. As for the tire, we always tell customers to get condition checks. If you read other reviews. you will see my packaging is fine. Sorry you are unhappy. Thank you yall better not miss out their shows the cars are well protected, fast shipping and great deal.
