Never got the freebie which is fine but then the seller said something odd inferring I added this random Fair Fax VA address to my account? They took weeks to reply, I sent screenshots verifying that the “error” claimed I made was non existent and they said they can’t do anything. Sad as I’ve never gotten the chance to buy and this was the customer service so now I’m not likely to. If I had paid for this I’d really hope it be handled differently.Once a purchase is made or a giveaway is won, a label is provided to us by WhatNot with your address that was submitted when your wallet was setup. You told me it was delivered to another address but I have no way possible of changing the address on the label as a seller. You or someone who has access to your account changed the address. I’m sorry but this is completely out of my hands as a seller, Good luck! Took close to 2 weeks to ship my item which was unfortunate. This package was held at a USPS office for some time. I’m sorry, that is out of our control Perfect!!
