Amazing packaging even with a hard plate inside a bubble package to make sure my package is safe. Went above and beyond and I appreciate that. The cards are a little scuffed due to printing according to the seller. I was a bit upset considering they are presented as new. However all that aside the seller handled my concern efficiency and politely. Love the cards no matter what the art is amazing, they would fit anyone who truly adores fan art cards and unique collectables. Id say I would still be buying from them, but will be more aware to ask conditions over stream. Thank you so much for the cards, and being patient with me. The reason for a 3 star: I messaged on the chat that i sent a dm about a card I got on their live stream, it was not a purchase I meant to make, he said he would read it after the stream but he did not & when I mentioned that he said that he rushed and there was too much going on to read the message but if I wanted to cancel the purchase I had to cancel the slab givey that I won earlier in the stream as well. It all felt unprofessional, since I tried to have a conversation about it before it was even packaged to ship out.
I do appreciate that the package arrived nicely and items were in expected condition so thank you for that. I’m sorry you feel that we were “unprofessional” with the handling of your canceled order. There are a couple things that went into the response that we gave you. First, Typically there are not supposed to be any refunds so we urge our viewers to bid responsibly. Secondly, the givvy you won was going out and paid for shipping because of your other order. So canceling your order would have resulted in us paying $5 for your shipping label. I do apologize that you felt you were wronged but we do try to make things right and we hope the free slab you won helped with that.
