Miss Kathy always has the most fabulous items!!!! Purchased 4 items. Disappointed that the little size 3.5 ring arrived broken at the solder point, leaving it too sharp for a child to wear. Also disappointed at the condition of a ceramic pendant - the “bail” is held on by paper that is peeling off. The other two items were fine. I missed the short whatnot return window, which is my fault, but I would not have made these purchases if the conditions had been called out in the show. Interesting items, but be extra careful about condition. Hoping the seller, who is nice, will improve call outs going forward.
First, I am so sorry that you were disappointed by the condition of two of your items. Had you messaged me first and let me know about the defects, I would be happy to refund your money regardless of platform time constraints. I believe that the costume ring you purchased is adjustable and therefore would be split. I can’t speak to the pendant without actually seeing it but I know that I miss call outs and I will try to do better. Message me with photos of the two pieces so that I can ascertain the refund due you.
