She said she forgot to put them in the box, I could get a refund and she would ship the ducks asap and she never did…..messaged her and she never got back to me!! Love my butterflies 🦋 highly recommend I love the mini gnomes I found but still bothered my fragile glass items were destroyed unfortunately was not packaged properly and very fragile glass items were broken upon arrival Three of the cups were broken. You may want to consider better prep prior to shipping. I won a givvy. I receive a wonderfully smelling wax melt package. I’m just sad that the mail carrier crushed it 😭. But 10/10 it smells wonderful and will melt all the same! Loved the items received, 5 of 6 arrived unscathed but one didn’t quite have enough packaging material and was broken sadly. No issue with refund. 💜 Thank you so much for my beautiful pieces and thank you for wrapping them so well I appreciate it. Highly recommend the seller.💕 The melts just arrived and I could smell them before I even opened the bag!
