Faith was quick to respond and fix the issue even though it wasn't her fault. Very sweet of her to correct an issue that wasn't caused by her. There was a stain on shirt that was not called out (carhart hoodie) I had a big order and had a few small issues with items, I reached out to the seller and she handled it immediately and made it right. I absolutely appreciate her professionalism and commitment to make sure the buyer was satisfied! I will definitely purchase from again.
