Welcome to Family Pullz. My daughter and I are here to help you expand your collection at a great price while having fun. All sales are final. If any packages are opened, you must send proof, including a video of you opening the box, before we issue a refund or send a replacement for an unopened package. We are not responsible for anything USPS does once we pay for the shipping label or if the label has already been paid for. I simply print it out from Whatnot and send it off.
