One was a jersey U paid $26 for, the front graphic was crooked by at least 4 inches, the next was a $16 sports tee- the number on the back was VISIBLE on the front of the shirt from heat pressing application. I requested a return annd gave them TONS of photos (the issues were noticeable on the video receipt if you were looking for them, but he turns the items back and forth so rapidly don't notice) THEY OFFERED ME 25% OFF??? What? 25% on absolute JUNK NWT SHIRTS? No thanks! When I declined they said they couldnt help me and told me to go to WhatNot for help. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN- DO NOT RECOMMEND! WhatNot refunded me on one shirt, Im returning the $26 one...DONT HAVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CANT TREAT YOUR BUYERS RIGHT!! No apology, no anything close to "How can we make this right"? Just - you can have 25% of what you paid or go through the hassle of escalating to WhatNot. BEWARE! Great items but never received the giveaway🤷♂️ Absolutely amazing A++
