Then if you post a revie about youre issue some of the chat talk bad about you which is wrong I should be able to post my issue without fear of being retaliated against! But in the last 2 weeks I recieved 2 items that was trash I messaged Peter and after 9 days with no reply was told to ask for refund thats not what I wanted to do I would have loved to have my items replaced but I am on disability pay rite now and can not just thro 50.00 in the trash! I recieved Brandon new lounge fly bag with a big slice on it my first item. The second item was a 6 piece hairdryer/ curling iron was used it was opened on the show and on camera I could not see the brush full of blond hair. I would love to have had my items replaced but what do yu do with n reply? I just hope I dont get treated wrong on the show! very satisfied with these items Great items I recieved today.
