Card savers are the standard method for orders under $20. Toploaders are not machinable through the sorting machines, and have a higher chance of damaging your cards and getting the package returned. when you recieve cards this way, acknowledge that the shipper has violated USPS standards regardless of whether the package does infact reach you or not.
