I'm sorry to hear that you're package wasn't looked after by Royal Mail, we have used bubbled wrapped envelope and protection on the cards, we use this method on all our parcels to make sure customers receive their items intact but unfortunately its out of our hands how they handle it amazing quality card delivered in perfect condition and this was my second purchase and was the same first time hosts are lovely fast delivery too These guys have been absolutely brilliant! I have a pretty specific collection and they’ve spent time to search through their stock to find them for me! Cards arrived in only a couple of days and packed beautifully with no damage! Couldn’t recommend more!
