Cards was clean Seller squeezed 2 cards into a single penny sleeve and then squeezed that into one semi rigid. These were both insert cards with holographic surfaces including a Topps All Aces. I was shocked. Never seen this before. Very disappointing. Sorry to hear you are unhappy, this is the struggle of offering PWE and having the USPS not returning orders.
