I told her I'd be requesting a refund once package came in which she replied okay. package came and I did so. I also messaged her very politely. Not once did I say anything rude Then I was blocked. She didn't even try to help me make this right. I brought it to her attention that they were counterfeit and she still continues to sell them as authentic on her stream. Blocked and reported.
