I do apologize for gently folding the box, but it was already creased from folding in the exact same position on transit to *me* from the start. I received the wrong helmet piece, despite it being claimed to be a vintage LEGO helmet and after I specifically confirmed that it was the vintage version, not the modern one. Every figure I received was damaged, even though it was stated on stream that there were “no cracks or scratches.” Every piece in the weapons bundle I purchased had crease marks or other visible damage or were just straight up broken. The order also included several non-LEGO pieces, as well as literal plastic runners that appeared to be included to make the bag look fuller than it actually was. Overall, the items were significantly misrepresented and did not match what was advertised or confirmed before purchase.I’ve sent you every single piece and figure purchased on stream and verified they were uncracked/scratched before transit.
The weapons were not broken prior to shipping and possibly faced some damage while it was being delivered, which I would apologize for.
You’ve decided to buy the bundle at face value and agreed to buy what you saw, you had every freedom to see inside the bag otherwise.
