This seller was banned for weeks after the stream where I placed my order and he never messaged me back about sending it out when he got access back to his account. But he took the time to decline my refund request so I had to go through whatnot seller support to get my refund for the items that were never shipped out/delivered to the shipping facility.
Overall an experience I wouldn’t wish others to go through.This is not the experience I am to deliver. While I was banned for 10 days because of a miscategorized show I was unable to respond or take any action on my account. It seems whatnot decisioned your inquiry based on the item still being in transit. Hope it arrived and I'm glad you got a refund. So great card and fast shipping!! I got the card I ordered secured and fast. There was a big surface scratch on one of the corners I did not remember. Watched sale video and it was not disclosed and front was shown quickly. During sale seller had thumb covering mark almost like it was known. As a seller I feel like that should have been something more transparent. No issues with card or delivery. Nice seller Super fast shipping times! Protect the cards more inside the packages. PO don’t take care of things and neither do the machines that sort them Perfect transition! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have an issue related to the show, product quality, order accuracy, etc. however shipping related issues are strictly handled with the courier. You are free to open a ticket with them and receive a refund for the items in transit. Try upgrading to a bubble mailer for added protection and tracking on your future orders. Never received my order. USPS shows it was delivered but the picture shows a white envelope. I won a slab and no way a slab should have been sent in a white envelope. I messaged the streamer for confirmation how it was sent and never heard back. Sorry I have been off for a two weeks taking care of family matters but please understand this is up to the carrier related issue and I have no control over shipping once I drop the packages at the post. I have the bubble mailer upgrade option for this exact reason as I explain in every show the PWE option is risky and if you want better protection for your slab you got for $5 then you should upgrade to a bubble mailer.
