Don't hesitate to reach out if you have an issue related to the show, product quality, order accuracy, etc. however shipping related issues are strictly handled with the courier. You are free to open a ticket with them and receive a refund for the items in transit. Try upgrading to a bubble mailer for added protection and tracking on your future orders. Never received my order. USPS shows it was delivered but the picture shows a white envelope. I won a slab and no way a slab should have been sent in a white envelope. I messaged the streamer for confirmation how it was sent and never heard back. Sorry I have been off for a two weeks taking care of family matters but please understand this is up to the carrier related issue and I have no control over shipping once I drop the packages at the post. I have the bubble mailer upgrade option for this exact reason as I explain in every show the PWE option is risky and if you want better protection for your slab you got for $5 then you should upgrade to a bubble mailer. The very best!!!! Look no further. Hi Liz, I reviewed the order and seen the card you purchased was $1. You must review carefully and ask questions before placing bids. If you reach out, I'm happy to take care of you for missing an expectation. I won a 2 pack of scarlet and violet and a supposed black bolt mini tin the mini tin was empty and the 2 packer arrived damaged My man .. you reach out already and it was explained how you needed to read the surprise set items and show notes. You only complained and submitted refunds for all the non hits. Even after that, I hooked you up with a free slab when I streamer with my daughter.. Then you started demanding even more .. You have been taking advantage and trying to get free stuff from the jump. No, thank you!! I love the card I will be buying agin love ya fam

There was three items on the givvy.. Journey Together, Destined Rivals (sleeved), and a tentacool. It was agreed on to open the Journey Together on cam. but like I said before, it had been opened and obviously something was taken out and replaced. Thanks for the reminder that scum like you ARE on here. I haven't had any other issues with anyone else. Thanks for the giveaway, but if you wanted to open it on camera as well, I wouldn't have had an issue with that. You didn't need to lie about what you were going to do.
