Reviews (900)As a return customer, I feel as though firefox has gotten increasingly worse with calling out the conditions of the items, and her overall attitude towards her customers. Ask a question and it seems like an inconvenience. Has items in buy now but won’t let you see up close. I understand selling gets overwhelming but you can’t ignore the basics and you can’t catch an attitude with your customers or make sly remarks under your breath….😵💫 Very happy with my purchase lovely plush They came here looking adorable as always and I LOVED the stickers!! My build-a-bear clothes fitted my bunny and it suits her so well!! 💕 Shipped quickly and in good shape. The stuffies are preowned even with tags, but did not mention that they should get a wash. I got a surprise talking button in my frog plush, so i sadly cannot wash it. Both stuffies were very stinkey. Like a wet dog smell. Unsure if it’s these only two, but mine were around others. Please ask seller to do a sniff test before purchasing, especially if you are sensitive to smells. Happy with items - one item had a couple of call outs I didn’t know about but otherwise just as pictured , good packaging, friendly seller Absolutely love my BAB clothes I got for my Ted! Had great stuff for great prices. Thank you! Upon opening the package my nostrils flared up from the pungent mildew odor that arose. (needed an inhaler after inhalation). The items look a lot smaller than I saw them in the video. The condition on all the items were shockingnly bad. I blame myself for making an impulse buy and not asking for proper examination regarding the condition of each item. (A heads-up would have been nice though) The plush I received of mickey had lots of lint on it, some figures needed a new paint job. I already knew the eve figure had sticker residue but I didn't know about all the horrid marks and scratches. I was sold sorcerer mickey ears that are unwearable. Ears that flop back, gray faded material, and let's not forget the lint. Everything was way overpriced for the condition I got. The majority of the stuff I bought was to decorate my new room, but nothing seems furnishable. I would write more about this whole experience but unfortunately I have reached the character limit on WhatNot already. Always a fabulous day when a package from firefox comes!
