Cards slightly bent in shipping.All orders are securely packaged in team bags to protect the cards during shipment. In this case, two cards valued at approximately $2.19 were reported as slightly bent. We offered to address the value of the affected cards, which was refused. The buyer then escalated the claim and demanded that Whatnot refund the full $52 purchase after the pack had already been opened. We put our customers first and take legitimate concerns seriously, but attempts to exploit our customer-first approach will not be tolerated.
