Excellent experience from start to finish! Great communication, friendly and professional service, and everything was exactly as described. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend and would definitely do business with again. Thank you! I won 13 auctions from this seller and still couldn’t get reasonable communication about a misrepresented card. The Brock Bowers card was presented as Field Level during the auction, but I received a Club Level card (#222). I have video documenting how it was represented.
I reached out privately, and the seller replied, “Awesome. Thanks,” without addressing my concern. I followed up and gave them time to resolve it, but received no further response. Mistakes happen, but the seller should take responsibility and make an effort to correct the misrepresentation. Dismissing a buyer’s concern and then ignoring follow-up messages is why I’m leaving a one-star review. Come on Bud. No tape on the top loaders? Corner and surface have blemishes now /users%2F240634%2Fstore%2F56b5121a-e447-4c15-8257-7c6fa834113a.jpeg)
