I will continue to come back because I believe we've built a "trust" and thats what good customer service is all about! AAAAA+++++ I didn’t receive everything that I purchased. Cards were left out and sold, so wasn’t able to get what I purchased. Notified this seller of the problem and bought an additional card to help him fix the issue and now I haven’t received the fix. Will not buy anything else from this seller after messaging him several times with no response. I was unhappy with how things went down between me and bigtime. I won a Josh Owens auto and someone else said “we can’t sell that card that cheap” so then I was told I won a Kevin Defrank auto which then got taken away because it comped too high and wound up with a Corey Lewis auto showing up at my house. After reading other reviews I have realized that this is just a couple of kids that can’t honor what they put on the stand. Overall card quality was nice and packaging was great however one of my cards was deemed “missed in packaging.” Communication regarding the missing card was disappointing—there was little urgency to resolve the issue and responses were minimal. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked effort to make the situation right. Good stuff! Thanks again! Great prices! Good young guys selling! Packaged nicely. Great prices! Thank you boys! All in all everything was great, I just wish he would have told me that the card I bought in a mag that he showed on screen was going to come in a mag. So next time you buy from them make sure to ask if it is coming in a mag.
