Reviews (15)I hate to not give someone a good review, but I was NOT happy w the whole process. First off, it took forever to get my order-it was 12 days before it was even mailed out. Before it was mailed out I looked over the videos and i noticed there was a stain on a shirt. I messaged them and they said they were trying to get it out. They didnt. So they sent out that item and another item with stains on them. Not to mention all the clothes had pet hair on them! I was like WTF-Im sorry, it doesng take lonv to go over it w/ a lint brush! So I was disappointed. Its too bad cuz theyre such sweet people. They really seemed nice; but I was disappointed w the purchaseWe are truly sorry you had a bad experience with the items. We had an unfortunate event happen that made shipping difficult. These are learning experiences for us. We appreciate you either way. Although shipping took a while, I am very satisfied with every piece. The condition of the items were good or excellent and they were even cuter in person than on camera. The price was also amazing!sorry for the shipping mishaps. we had a tough week with a death. thank you for understanding tho we appreciate you. Fast shipping , great hat and awesome packaging.
