I’ve been trying to turn charge in every single day, but it does not charge. It does not work. It turns on and it turned right back off. I spent $20 for this I got this item because it was supposed to be good for me when it’s over 100° so I’m guessing I gotta go buy my own fan now thanks

Sound quality is no better than my JBL speaker which is great when connected to my phone. Not impressed with sound when hooked to tv. Product was missing pieces? Can’t seem to figure out where they went? Box arrived very late and destroyed!! One area of the box was already open! Got told he checks every order. Not sure how I got no cords for anything? you got everything sealed and forwarded pictures of everything still sealed! If packages are damaged through usps you have to make a claim with them, thats if they damaged your package but after seeing the pictures you sent it showed everything still sealed! It was late and came damaged. you didnt even give us enough time to reply to your message? But if the item came damaged it must be submitted to usps that they damaged it and whatnot support would help you further! im not responsible for damages that come from the carrier! item was not wireless 😕 no response on DM unless you read Chinese it gonna be hard to follow directions, but it's like a Lego set Killer deals , thank you !
