The knitting needles were too long for the package and poked a hole through the side during shipping. Better packaging would help protect the items and prevent potential loss or damage. I wish I had never bid on these items. While they included candy in with the items, and ice pack would have been a better inclusion. The order had chocolate candy in with the packing, which is a nice touch, but it all melted, along with the wax melts that were the items I purchased. One of the items did not have a lid, so they put tape over it, which had melted wax melts stuck to it. The other bottle had a lid but it somehow came off, and the entire contents were spilled in the box. it was a disaster. I get that things are u predictable when you buy from storage units or estate sales, but I have purchased over $10,000 worth of items on Whatnot, and this is the worst box I have ever received.
