Reviews (30)1st purchase. plants wasn't wrapped well and had lost a lot of it's dirt (poorly wrapped) and wasn't very well secured. I had received other plants by others and they were well wrapped. One of my plants was mislabeled as a heat pack. Her communication wasn't good either. I sent a second message needing assistance but still to this day she has not responded back! Newly learning, I won't be buying from this seller again, knowing what I know on how other sellers work and how they communicate. Communication is key with customers as I deal with customers on a daily basis and she plainly wasn't communicating very well especially with someone new and is learning the process of it all. I won't be returning or recommending anyone to this seller either. My variegated Alocasia came with limp leaves, but I'm hoping they will perk up now that they are home. The horse cutting is beautiful. Everything was packaged perfectly. Will definitely be buying more from this seller💗 Unique snake plants. Great packing, fast delivery. Plant was shipped with care.
