Seller shipped it with insufficient shipping stamp. Then seller messaged to say they got it shipped back to them. They then say they shipped with correct stamp amount but still have not received item. It has now been well over a month. Now item is outside refund window because I waited for item to arrive. Seller doesn’t respond to my message.
