The smaller lamp was as described. The bigger one I was aware of the crack in the base but not the issue with one of the bulbs not screwing in due to possibly being broke. I was also missing the top piece that screws on to keep the lamp shade in place and from wobbling. For context, it is not true that we did not talk more, there were additional conversations. We issued the refund that you requested with the label to get the item back and you replied that you wanted to keep the item and sell it because you had thrown away the box, already.
