I reached out at day 14 which is within the return window but was denied any type of resolution. One of the tails is completely different from the other. I gave almost $100.00 with shipping. I was told there were no cracks, chips or call outs. there is one place that sticks out in a point. This is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this sler again and do not recommend her due to the fact she didn't point the obvious defect out and then wouldn't do anything about it when I contacted then within the 14 day window. when I recontacted her explained how I felt it was wrong she ignored my message. very unprofessional way to do business. Received product. It’s beautiful! And she even sent the candles with the holders! 10/10! ✨ Arrived intact, well packaged. Adorable Just as described and packaged very well.
