Several spots look dirty and have a hard surface as if glue or something dried on it. Arrived torn stuffing was coming out. I had to sew it. Shipping was slow, took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Cheaper on the website. But overall great pillow. Very soft and plush. The hoodie is Very cute and soft
