Items were all put in the one bag not individually bagged or wrapped
Maybe for your first stream it would have been good to try helping instead of fending off the customer as you made the error not me

I didn’t have the item you were requesting and unfortunately was only able to provide a refund as per whatnots terms and conditions. 2. Not only were you given a refund, but instead of making you ship it back to me, you were allowed to keep the item. 3. I also offered 10 dollars shipping refund to Rochie for sending it back out to you because i wanted to contribute to getting the correct item 4. i am legally not allowed to claw items back.
