I was also so excited to win the free giveaway for the Blind Box Baby Food! The seller was incredibly patient, kind, and had such a fun, positive energy throughout the live. Fast shipping, and amazing products as always!!!! Asked Seller if she had a Nurse or Scrubs outfits and she showed a blue one & a pink one. I bought both. Then about 5 min later she showed another outfit that came with a stethoscope which was $10 more than the first outfits. I told her if she had showed me this outfit I would have purchased instead of the blue one and requested to cancel the blue one so I could purchase the more expensive one with the stethoscope. Seller said no she doesn’t do cancellations. She lost out on a $10 more sale because she wouldn’t cancel so I could buy the more expensive outfit. Seems this isn’t very good customer service. It wasn’t like I wanted to cancel & not buy another item. Won’t be buying from her again. I’m sorry you feel that way, but my shop was already preloaded, I was running things in order. I clearly stated in my show notes & throughout the show that everything was preloaded & NO CANCELLATIONS & PLEASE BID RESPONSIBLY. I’m not worried about $10, I’m worried about the time it takes to load in new listings that people bid irresponsibly for. You’re leaving me a bad review because you can’t follow simple directions is diabolical. the cherry packaging was soo cute, i love it thank you SUPER FAST SHIPPING!!
