The packaging was put into to small of a box and not marked fragile on the outside of the packaging. I contacted the seller but no response yet.Hello. I responded as soon as i received your message. unfortunately we are at the mercy of the usps. After receiving your message i responded with directions on how to request a refund with what-not, which you received. My apologies, that lamp was one of my favorite items. oh my gosh!!!! im in love! if you see a copper hen or copper fruit basket in the wild let me know!!I am so glad you love it! I will keep an eye out and send you way! Shelf looked beautiful in the picture. In person, it has gaps, etc that were hidden due to the angle of the photo. Will no longer do pre-bids.
